Marketing Tip: Team-growing resources at TripleClicks.com 

Make it a habit to browse Tripleclicks.com and locate business-related products, especially those about marketing and sales, that you think your team members could find useful. Pay particular attention to new items specifically for affiliates in the SFI department (log on first to view that department).

Use the PSA Mailer and the CSA Mailer to send your affiliates a brief message about it. Be sure to include the product link, so your team members can easily find it in the store to order. Another idea would be to include a blurb about a product and its store link in your regular team newsletters or other regular communications with your downline.

Your ECA Referral Report  

You can view your ECA Referrals in a single report via your My Reports index. The ECA Referral report lists your ECAs from newest to oldest and features each ECA's company name, contact information, and customer referral link. You'll also see columns listing the date the ECA applied for participation in the program, the approval date (if applicable), and the number of products listed at TripleClicks.com.

This handy report makes it easy for you to view at a glance all your ECAs' information and their product counts at the store. Use this data to offer product placement help for new ECAs with no product counts, encourage individual ECAs with growing product counts, and more.

Genealogy Tip: Viewing your CSAs 

To quickly view information about your Co-Sponsored Affiliates (CSAs), just select "Generation = CS" as the filter in your Genealogy Report. You can then select various tabs within your report to view VersaPoint (VP) totals, sales, contact, or other information about your CSAs or award Gift Certificates or TCredits. Use the report's remaining filter option to further refine your CSA list (by VP total, join date, last login date, etc.). You can also click the "Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group" option in the top section of the Genealogy to send off a quick message to your selected CSAs.

Customize your TC banners for better results 

Increase your marketing focus and efficiency with a custom TC banner posted on your Website or blog (or use it for advertising on other Websites).

Just access the Custom Banner Manager, and follow the simple directions. You can create banners featuring up to 15 TC products you choose. Each banner will automatically include the names, prices, and images of your selected products; or if you prefer, you can leave off prices and/or images.

Connecting the dots in your area... 



Setting up a local "SFI Club" can be an effective and fun way to brainstorm and share ideas on building a profitable SFI business with REAL, live affiliates in your area. One easy way to connect with local SFI business owners is via a2a, SFI's affiliate-to-affiliate communication program.

Using a2a, you can search, browse, and exchange messages with other affiliates in your area and easily and quickly set up informal meetings, strategy sessions, or other offline get-togethers. NOTE: Remember, cross-solicitation is forbidden in SFI.

To get started, you must first register as an a2a member here.

Once you're registered, you can immediately start browsing the a2a roster, exchanging messages, and more. The more a2a members, the more valuable a2a is, so be sure to encourage all your affiliates to get registered.

Drill down at TC and find products quickly 

Easily drill down to TC sub-departments and quickly find the products you're looking for right from the homepage. At the TC homepage, just move your mouse pointer over a main department link in the left navigation menu (arrows next to the department names indicate they contain sub-departments). You'll see a popup menu listing that main department's sub-departments. Simply click a sub-department to view the products/services listed there...Easy!

Note: If you do not see what you're looking for, try the main department, as many ECAs do not yet have their products sub-departmentalized.

Don't give up on affiliates with bad e-mail addresses! 

Do you have group members with bad e-mail addresses?

Here's a tip: try reaching these affiliates via SFI's TeamMail or TeamTalk at the Affiliate Center and asking them for a working e-mail address you can use to send them answers to their questions, important support information, tips, newsletters, etc.

You can access TeamTalk via your SFI Alerts page. Just scroll down to the bottom of the page, enter a general message requesting your affiliates double check their e-mail addresses on file with SFI. Be sure to refer them to www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/EditAccountInfo.sfi where they can update their e-mail addresses, if necessary. Then select whether to send your message to your PSAs, CSAs, or your entire downline, and click Submit when you're done.

To use TeamMail, go to your Genealogy, select the group you wish to send your message to, then click the "Send an e-mail/TeamMail to this group." Insert your message and subject header in the appropriate fields, and click "Send Message." These messages will show up in your affiliates' Message Center at the SFI Affiliate Center. NOTE: For help selecting a group via your Genealogy, see this tutorial.

Chances are, your active affiliates who are checking their Affiliate Center regularly will see your message and update their e-mail addresses with you and SFI.

QuickTip: Share TC products on social networks  

Get the word out about a great new product, deal, closeout, or other item at TripleClicks.com quickly and easily. Just click the Share/Save button on a product's detail page; then select an option to share information about that item via Facebook, Twitter, various blogs, and other social networking sites. (You can also choose to send an e-mail about the product and bookmark the page for future access.)

Your SFI ID number is included in any referenced URLs you post, so you get credited with any subsequent sales (just be sure to log in to TC first!). Referenced URLs from your logged-in referred members will also include your SFI ID for crediting when they share via the Share/Save button.

Connect with your CSAs and pick up some VP 

The CSA MAILER makes it easy for you and your team members to communicate regularly with your Co-Sponsored Affiliates.

Just go to the new CSA Mailer webpage, enter your message and hit submit. You're done! You've just sent a message, automatically, to all of your CSAs (co-sponsored affiliates). And provided you haven't already earned points for group mailings for the week, you've also just earned yourself 30 VersaPoints!

On the message page, you can also read and borrow excerpts from messages being sent by fellow SFI affiliates and Team Leaders. Just click the "Need Some Ideas?" icon on the right side of the page to view a pop-up page listing newsletter templates on a variety of topics. Select a topic, then just cut and paste your text into your computer's word processor and customize and personalize the message to suite your needs. When you're finished, copy your e-mail into the message field back at the CSA Mailer page.

With the CSA Mailer, there's no need to go to the Genealogy or select a segment of your group. And there's no need to worry about messages going to bad e-mail addresses or opted-out affiliates as these are automatically filtered out for you.

Messages are sent to both the CSA's registered e-mail address AND to the CSA's "TeamMail" inbox at the SFI Affiliate Center.

There's also no rank or points requirements to use the CSA Mailer.

Special Note: Weeks will be defined as running from Sunday to Saturday. You can use the CSA Mailer as many times as you like, but only a maximum of 30 VP can be earned each week.

Build up your SFI team with TeamTalk  

Strengthen your business by keeping the lines of communication open with your SFI team members, right from their Affiliate Center Alerts page.

Similar to Twitter, SFI's TeamTalk--located in the right sidebar of the Alerts page--allows you to instantly send brief messages to your PSAs, CSAs, and/or your entire downline. Conversely, you can receive messages here from YOUR sponsor, upline Team Leaders, and SFI Corporate.

We recommend you post a TeamTalk message at least once a week. The possibilities for using this tool for your own team-building efforts are endless, but to help you get started, here are a few ideas:

* Words of encouragement
* Reminders of deadlines, contests, etc.
* Announcements of your team promotions
* Updates
* Weekly or daily recaps
* Tips and ideas
* Motivating quotes
* Weekly and/or monthly goals
* Recognition of firsts in your team
* Recognition of your team's top achievers

Tip: To reply to a TeamTalk message you've received, click on the sender's name, then use either the e-mail link or the TeamMail icon located in the sender's Affiliate Snapshot.

Note that TeamTalk is for your SFI business only! Using TeamTalk to spam will result in suspension of your account.

QuickTip: Encourage ECAs, boost your bottom line 



Our ECAs (E-Commerce Affiliates) are an important aspect to the growing vitality and product variety of TripleClicks.com. YOU and your team can help boost this growing momentum by encouraging ECAs at the store.

First, simply check out the ECA Report at the SFI Affiliate Resource Center and click a company name to view an ECA's offerings. Note that the URL embedded with your SFI ID number. If you like the company's offerings, just use this URL to promote the ECA's "store within a store." Not only will you help encourage the ECA to post more products, you'll also earn up to 72% CV Customer Commissions on any sales you generate!

Additionally, for those ECAs that really impress you, be sure to click the "Connect" button next to the company's name on the ECA Report or within an ECA's product description page at TripleClicks.com. ECAs build their "power rankings" based on the number of "connections" they accumulate.
